Architectural Designer

Your Role

We are searching for an Architectural Designer. You will work with our Principal to develop appropriate design solutions as well as coordinate design during the construction documentation phase of the project until final completion.

What you will do

  • Work with our principal in delivering the projects until final completion stage.

  • Work on both architectural and interior space planning.

  • Assist in preparing Submission Drawings for Local Authority Approval (Development Plan, Building Plan, As-Built Plan, OC,etc)

  • Communicate and follow-up with the Local Authority regarding the submission status, statutory comments and plan endorsement.

  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings and assist in construction drawings

  • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant Coordination

Your Qualification

  • Minimum recognized Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent to LAM Part I.

  • Hand sketching by using pencil, pen and markers.

  • Knowledge of AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe CS (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace email correspondence. Revit is a bonus.

  • Conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Able to take criticism and patience.

  • Able to work independently, productive and a team player.

  • Working proficiency in English and Malay.

Architectural Drafter

Your Role

We are searching for an Architectural Drafter. You will work with our Principal and Project Architect to develop technical design and documentation and related to the construction documentation phase of the project until final completion.

What you will do

  • Work with our principal in delivering the projects until final completion stage.

  • Work on both architectural and interior space planning.

  • Preparing Submission Drawings for Local Authority Approval (Development Plan, Building Plan, As-Built Plan, OC,etc)

  • Communicate and follow-up with the Local Authority regarding the submission status, statutory comments and plan endorsement.

  • Produce tender drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings.

  • Assist in managing team communication and consultant Coordination

  • Attend site inspections and site meetings with our principal when necessary.

Your Qualification

  • Minimum recognized Diploma or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of construction details and material specifications.

  • Understanding of Local Authority Statutory Requirements.

  • Knowledge of AutoCad, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace email correspondence. Revit is a bonus.

  • Able to take criticism and patience.

  • Able to work independently, productive and a team player.

  • Working proficiency in English and Malay.
